- Handling recruitment procedures
- Performance and wage reviews
- Maintaining and reporting all workplace labor related compliances
- Maintaining employees files and records
- Handling investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures
- Bridging the Management and Employees relations
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
- Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes
- Carrying out necessary administration duties
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Management or Equivalent
- 3 and above years experience in human resources or related field
- Experience in Tourism Hospitality Industry is an added advantage.
