Accountant

• Account Payable Share Service, create internal/external vendors invoices in SAP
  
• Monthly vendor reconciliation
  
• Check and approve for staff reimbursement in Concur system and reconcile with pending accounts
  
• Manage and reconcile for A/P account code related
  
• Book and reconcile for cost accrual
  
• Book recurring expenses in accrual engine
  
• PO reconciliation, follow up outstanding Account Payable issue with PO team
  
• Asset management
  
• Prepare and reconcile cost accrual and DCC CAPEX
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree or higher in Finance and Accounting
  
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Account Payable Accounting function
  
• Experience with ERP accounting systems and processes, knowledge of SAP
  
• Proficient in MS office applications
  
• Good command in English.
  
• Good analytical skills.
