Job Description

Req ID : 755792
  • Bridge management and employee relations by providing counsel to employees and keeping management appraised of trends
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Manage payroll process while working with external payroll provider
  • Nurture a positive working environment. Develop and maintain company wide recognition programs
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program within budgetary limits
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Periodic travel to our satellite location in Efrat to provide an HR presence and service their needs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in Israel and US offices
