You will start as Sales Development Representative. The vast part of your work will be in Outbound. You will be mining leads, contacting them an analising your success rate based on data. Together with the leadership team you will support working on strategies and tactics for inbound activities.

You will also qualifiy leads and make them ready for our sales team to close. Getting better in time you will have the chance to advance as an Sales Manager bringing the deal to closing.

Tasks

  • Lead generation. Research, identification and generation of leads for outbound acitivies (email marketing, Linkedin, etc.) with the help of various digital tooals.
  • Creating and executing outreach campaigns, based on in depth-research of user target group; creating content and copy for emails based on target groups.
  • Inbound qualification. You will be the number #1 touch spot for all inbound communication. You will lead first discussions and qualifiy.
  • Collect data on your Outbound and Inbound acitivities and present it to the leadership team, supporting the development of sales strategy.
  • Optimise campaigns based on the current outcomes and identify interesting market to reach out.

Research markets and companies, understanding trends and needs.

Requirements

  • Fluent Englisch is a must. Another lanugage is a plus.
  • Experience in Lead Generatioin and Outbound Sales is well received, but not a must in case you can convince us you are the right person for this job.
  • Determination. You can worked determinated to achieve a set goal without loosing focus on the path no matter how hard the path is.
  • Analytical. You are able to understand data and develop own parth of sales development based on facts and numbers not thoughts.
  • Communicator. You are able to write copy of your email in easy to understand and catchy words.
  • Empathy. You are able to understand what customers want.
