Job Description

Job Title : Associate (Data Management)

Job Responsibilities:

Create, maintain and update client records so they are accurate, complete and compliant
Manage the monthly scheduling of reviews to ensure service is provided as agreed
Provide meeting materials to advisers at least two working days prior to each meeting
Utilize agreed processes and resources so clients receive a consistent service
Process administrative services for clients ensuring accuracy and regular follow up so that service standards are met or exceeded
Schedule reviews and other services according to the authorized service agreement
Creating and saving investment documents in different platforms or via email (power of attorney, estate planning, etc.)
Preparing direct debit request forms, consent forms, and other forms for client signature
Draft email reply for Advisers and answer inquiries by clients
Follow up with clients, providers and advisers to ensure we meet or exceed service and compliance standards
Be courteous and helpful when listening to and speaking with clients

Job Qualifications:

Business Graduate
Has at least 1 year of experience in client service management, preferably in Financial planning or Insurance
Experience in handling data management in recording and updating client and operational records and reviewing and ensuring accuracy of client service agreements/contracts
Strong inter-personal skills and communication skills (written and verbal)
Understands and demonstrates appropriate use of agreed processes
High level ethical and professional standards
Has the ability to work at a fast-paced work environment and strong adaptive skills to change
Preferred candidate is a natural collaborator who is able to think and work in an organised, methodical manner
Proactive, good organizational skills, and very good attention to details

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (work in D&V office is voluntary or only if the client or manager in charge requires)
