Salesforce Consultant

A dynamic and fast-growing, Dutch-based vehicle company is looking for an English-speaking technical consultant to join their energetic team. This company is also largely active internationally with a diverse team. You will be an essential part of their CRM-team forming a linking pin between them and their regional business partners.

Tasks

• Translating requirements of the business into plans for implementation.
• Getting requirements from the customers for the implementation of Salesforce Solutions
• Providing support and service for the Salesforce platform.
• Look for potential issues and risks in the project to find alternative solutions
• Stay in contact with associated team-members and work together when needed
• Being able to give advice and a better understanding of the platform to associated team-members

Requirements

• >3 years experience in the Salesforce field, as a (technical) consultant. Experienced developers or architects can also fit this role if they would like to combine functional with technical aspects of the job
• Work experience in the Sales/Service cloud is a necessity, experience cloud and/or marketing cloud a plus.
• Experience with Integration tools (per example: Mulesoft) and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools is a plus.
• An understanding of CRM process design and implementations.
• Good communication capabilities, Enthusiastic and professional personality
