Executive - IT Recruitment
- Responsible for searching & screening resumes according to the profile.
- Excellent sourcing skills for technology positions
- Well versed with job portals and other social platforms
- Sound understanding of various skills
- Handling entire recruitment lifecycle
- 1 year+ in IT Recruitment-Good exposure in using job portals & other recruitment tools.
- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Drive and self-motivation to achieve assigned targets.
- Good learning ability, ability to research and understand the business process and ability to form good relationships with the candidates.
- Candidates from Consultancy will be preferable.
