We have an opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions team in Finland.

This role is aimed at selling the complete portfolio of Honeywell Products & Services into defined end-user opportunities via our Partners and direct dialogue with customers. The overall aim will be to significantly improve Honeywell s win/loss ratio in relation to partner-created opportunities as well as establish a strong presence in the market and secure revenue streams for the long term.

Tasks

To promote and increase sales by developing and managing relationships with existing and new partners and end-customers

Managing multiple sales opportunities, creating value propositions to best position the Honeywell brand, Products and Services, across the whole country

Development of solution sets, incorporating both Honeywell and partner offerings, that bring benefit to the sales opportunity and ensure Honeywell and its chosen partner has the very best chance of winning

The strong and disciplined use of the Salesforce.com tool and account planning will be a core part of the role.

Requirements

Extensive and proven sales experience the IT industry

Previous experience of working in the distributor, partner and end-customer development role

In-depth knowledge of the Indirect Channel and the program/plans associated with business generation within this area

Good understanding of the current trends in the IT industry and Honeywell s competition

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as fluent Finnish and English (Swedish is a positive factor)
