Who we are
SCRM, Lidl’s international digital HUB, was created in Nov 2015 as an external company to manage the organizational challenge required in such a transformation towards a customer-oriented model that incorporates data into the decision-making process and digitalization with the latest technologies.
The Hub is a multidisciplinary team (Creativity, Business Analyst, Designers, UX, data Engineers, Developers, etc.) with direct contact with the Lidl board, that works by Squads with an Agile working methodology. Right now, we have almost 250 passionate SCRMs working in our Hub.

What we offer
What you will do:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be involved throughout the lifecycle of the software development team with particular responsibility in the development of new products. You will define the new architecture and the immigration of the previous software to the new version. Also, you will be responsible for proposing new ideas and the improvement of the existing practices in the software development.
As a part of a Squad, you will work in a cross-functional agile team and get involved in the entire development process. You will collaborate closely with QAs, designers, and product owners. You will spread a culture of quality throughout the company and build a high-quality software, being responsible for the development of the product.

What you will do:

Required Skills
Must have
- 5+ years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer with .NET
- Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in object-oriented software development
- Proven experience using:
- .NET core
- Relational BBDD and NoSQL
- XUnit and Integration Tests
- JavaScript | TypeScript | ReactJS | Redux | Webpack
The following skills would be a plus
- Experience in VueJS
- Experience in CosmosDB, Redis Cache
- Azure Cloud | Azure Functions | Operating Azure
- CI / CD tools: Azure Devops
- Experience in Identity Server 4
- Experience using Oauth2 and OpenIdConnect
- Experience in vertical slicing architecture
