We, Swiss Organic Partners AG with offices in Zurich and Berlin, are a rapidly growing start-up for organic hemp extracts and medicinal cannabis products. We are on the mission to make it easier for people to benefit from the therapeutic potential of cannabinoids via trusted products, meaningful innovation, transforming access and strong partnerships.

We supply +1000 clients across 30 countries with our in-house wellbeing brand ALPINOLS and provide the industry with raw materials, white/private-label products and services.

Within our 'Wellbeing Division', we are looking for an experienced sales and key account manager for the French-speaking markets.

Tasks

Your main goal as a Sales & Key Account Manager is to maximize the number of new and returning clients in France and the french-speaking part of Switzerland.

  • Acquisition of new customers to drive sales and company revenue
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Planning sales forecast in detail for all store formats to ensure supply accuracxpected business circumstances
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Planning sales forecast in detail for all verticals (bulk, white/private-label, brand)
  • Provide detailed advice on our products, services and compliance topics.
  • Joining fairs and trade shows when required
  • Be able to provide recommendations on advertising material, marketing measures as well as for product development

Requirements

  • Mothertongue French and fluent in English
  • Great enthusiasm for the cannabis business
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in sales and key account management with a strong track record in the fast-moving consumer goods industry
  • Direct experience in CBD/cannabis industry will be a huge plus
  • Strong ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Strong experience in wholesale/retail and B2B businesses, preferably in the area of white- & private label and raw material supply for industry clients (cosmetic, food supplement, healthcare)
  • You enjoy establishing long-term business relationships, communicate in a goal-oriented manner.
  • You thrive for selling and speaking to people
  • You have grit and are motivated to achieve and surpass targets
