Tasks

• As Operations & Store Support Specialist you will provide the 1st level support for our VIU Stores through our helpdesk portal
• You will coordinate orders of printing and promotional materials for campaigns, events, fairs and store openings
• Order printings and optical supplies for our operations hubs will be part of your daily tasks
• Maintaining and ensuring accurate stores stock numbers in our ERP system
• You will support the Coordination and the implementation of our quarterly inventories
• The coordination of operational processes is close to your heart
• Generating weekly and monthly reports and overviews

Requirements

• You bring very good IT system skills with you and would like to use it with us
• You work in a customer-oriented manner and remain calm even in stressful situations
• You are a communications talent and enjoy working with different interfaces
• Your English skills are on business level, German is beneficial
