On top of our physical locations, we build a wholly digital and personalized guest journey without the need for human interaction, a data-driven automated revenue management system, and a platform to automate 80% of hospitality processes.

As our head of ICT, you have the unique opportunity to define and own a number of responsibilities in order to build the next generation of hospitality in one of the most innovative travel tech startups.

Your mission

• Your mission is to develop a reliable and scalable ICT team, enabling fast-paced growth for NUMA while ensuring stable consistent systems to be operative in all properties

• Build and manage a strong pool of external partners to be able to quickly respond and consistently manage numas ICT infrastructure in the entire portfolio

• Control, monitor and optimize the opening and running costs of our ICT infrastructure

• Stay innovative and constantly strive to optimize our ICT offerings through researching trends/ technological advances and new guest needs

• Build a high-performance ICT team, measured by ICT defect rates/ Wifi stability/ back-up code usage/ speed of ticket responses/ etc

• Coordinate & manage external ICT partner relations smoothly together with the Director of Operations and the Regional Operations Manager per country

• Control and actively reduce ICT related LAC costs

• Be a great project manager ensuring no delayed property openings and related loss of potential revenue

Your profile

• You have 3-5 years of working experience in ICT and at least 2 years experience of managing external stakeholders

• You are graduated in related fields such as: Project management, Economics or Mechanical / Electronic engineering etc.

• You have an in-depth technical understanding of Wifi / network infrastructure, key system, and lock mechanics as well as smart home appliances

• You have strong project & execution management skills to ensure deadlines are met and clearly communicated to key stakeholders with a proven track record of financial understanding. I think it s good to go now!!! Do you think anything to be modified here?

• You are located in DACH region - preferably in Berlin and could visit the office in heart of Berlin

• You are ready to travel within different cities when business demands

• You have a strong desire to challenge the status quo

• Big Plus: You get inspired by traveling and have a strong desire to build the next generation travel experience

• You are fluent in German and English(at least C1 level)
