Marketing Lead (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Build, own and implement boomerank s marketing & employer branding strategy
• Create brand awareness resulting in an inbound sales boost and employee-pull
• Define and implement marketing campaigns to create traction
• Ensure a great relationship with the media and other key stakeholders (operational ownership with team members)
• Consistently monitor marketing performance and implement data-based actions

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or growth (ideally with a proven track-record of successfully scaling B2B tech companies)
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing or other related field
• Proactive self-starter with creative personality and great organizational skills
• Independent and result-oriented way of working with high willingness to learn
• Ambitious, curious and passionate about the startup culture and technology
• Fluency in German and English
• Understanding of the eCommerce field and its underlying processes (advantage)
