Tasks

What does a Head of Sales do for Prewave?

  • Leads, supports and transforms our motivated Account Executive Team
  • Actively guides and advises the management board in this particular change process but also beyond by representing the client view for decisions on new services
  • Takes responsibility for developing new sales opportunities
  • Ensures that our existing customers are supported and our Account Portfolio expands
  • Improves our sales process

Requirements

Must haves

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales leadership role experience in a dynamic scale-up environment and B2B-SaaS background is a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Track record of developing and mentoring great talent, and building and motivating high achieving cross-border teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Communicational skills in German (native) and English
  • Valid work permit for Austria

Bonus points for

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent in fields such as business administration, sales, marketing or similar
  • Genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, supply chains and what we do
  • Outgoing personality and hunger to succeed
