Job Title: AI Principal Solution Architect
Location: Santa Ana CA - Hybrid 4 Days onsite
Duration: Long Term
TheSolutionArchitectwill lead onsite engagement for a data and analytics transformation program working closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI and data solutions. This role includes guiding data foundation build-out enabling advanced analytics and insights and ensuring smooth communication with the offshore delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with business teams to define reporting analytics and Conversational BI requirements
Assess current data and BI landscape and define target-state architecture
Oversee creation of data pipelines semantic layers and reporting assets
Guide adoption of advanced analytics using statistical/ML/LLM techniques where applicable
Ensure robust governance DevOps readiness and IaC-based deployment
Act as the primary onsite liaison for requirement clarity knowledge sharing and stakeholder communication
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience inenterprise data warehousing BI architecture and large-scale analytics delivery
Deep understanding ofdata modelingfor analytics (dimensional & semantic layer design)
Hands-on expertise withETL/ELTpatterns and orchestration
Strong knowledge ofdata governance metadata management security models and IAM for data platforms
Experience withBI tools(preferably Looker or equivalent enterprise-grade platforms)
Awareness ofAI/ML techniquesfor insight automation anomaly/outlier detection
Strong understanding ofDevOpsconcepts for data: CI/CD code-based delivery versioning
Proficiency incloud-baseddata analytics platforms (GCP experience highly advantageous; BigQuery familiarity a plus)
Excellent stakeholder management business communication and requirement discovery skills
Ability to operate in anonsite-offshore model driving clarity and collaboration
Preferred Skills
Knowledge ofLLM/Conversational BI enablement
Experience working with financial analytics or operational data environments
