You are a Financial Analyst who thrives in structured fast-paced environments where accuracy organization and analytical thinking are essential. You enjoy working with financial data supporting budgeting and forecasting activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity of financial processes and reporting.

You are detail-oriented proactive and committed to maintaining reliable financial information that supports strategic decision-making. You excel at identifying inconsistencies improving processes and ensuring financial operations are executed efficiently and accurately.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Economics or a related field is desired or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst Treasury Coordinator Corporate Accountant or similar financial role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables advanced formulas and financial modeling.
• Experience working with financial models and large datasets.
• Knowledge of accounting principles accounts payable/receivable reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of IFRS (SMEs or Full IFRS) is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in technology companies or multi-entity corporate environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to finance is desirable.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

• Manage project invoicing processes and coordinate vendor payments to ensure financial accuracy and traceability.
• Maintain and update financial models using operational and project data.
• Prepare and update monthly financial reports for project and business performance tracking.
• Support budgeting forecasting revenue planning and cash flow analysis.
• Maintain profitability models financial dashboards and executive reporting.
• Monitor collections project billing and financial performance across active engagements.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting to ensure accurate revenue recognition cost allocation and financial reconciliations.
• Update labor cost models and support financial closing activities.
• Maintain intercompany financial models and funding reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

• 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis Corporate Accounting or Treasury.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
