Job Summary
Pinerium is seeking a motivated and technology-driven Zoho Developer Intern to support Zoho development automation and customization activities across internal and client projects.
This internship is designed for candidates who are passionate about SaaS platforms business automation CRM systems and software development. The intern will work closely with Zoho Developers Product Owners and Technical Teams to gain hands-on experience in Zoho applications Deluge scripting workflows integrations and system customization.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn detail-oriented analytical and interested in building a career within the Zoho ecosystem and SaaS development environments.
Key Responsibilities
Zoho Development Support
- Assist in developing and customizing Zoho applications including Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
- Support workflow automation custom functions and business process configurations.
- Assist in building forms reports dashboards and system layouts.
- Support testing and validation of implemented features and automations.
Technical Learning & Implementation
- Learn and apply Deluge scripting and Zoho development best practices.
- Assist in configuring modules fields permissions and system settings.
- Support API integration and automation activities under supervision.
- Participate in technical troubleshooting and issue resolution tasks.
Documentation & Quality Support
- Maintain development documentation and implementation records.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation and user guides.
- Support testing activities and bug tracking processes.
- Ensure accuracy and quality during development and configuration activities.
Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with Developers Product Owners and Technical Teams.
- Participate in technical discussions training sessions and sprint activities.
- Stay updated with Zoho ecosystem updates and SaaS technologies.
- Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree student or fresh graduate in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or related field.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and logic.
- Interest in SaaS platforms CRM systems and business automation.
- Familiarity with Zoho applications or low-code platforms is a plus.
- Basic understanding of APIs workflows or databases is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript Deluge or scripting concepts is a plus.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
- Must be a non-smoker (all types).
