The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the Talent Acquisition team while overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for both Technical and Non-Technical roles across the organization. This role ensures timely and effective fulfillment of hiring requirements by developing sourcing strategies managing recruitment pipelines partnering with hiring managers and maintaining a strong candidate experience. The position also monitors recruitment performance provides insights and reports to management drives continuous improvement of recruitment processes and supports the development and performance of the Talent Acquisition team Responsibilities
