Job Summary

  • Strategically promote and sell the companys products and services to key clients and target markets.
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions and cost-benefit analyses with decision-makers to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Build maintain and expand long-term client relationships acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research lead generation and networking activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements for clients and the company.
  • Manage and oversee the sales pipeline ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent progress toward achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration and business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer requirements effectively.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management contributing to business planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company at client meetings industry events exhibitions and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and generate new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members sharing best practices and contributing to overall team performance and success.
  • Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market developments to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.


  • Requirements

    Bachelors degree in Business Sales Transportation or related fields (advanced degrees are a plus).

    1 years of proven experience in business development or sales particularly in inland freight transportation or logistics industries.

    Strong understanding of cross-product inland freight services and supply chain solutions.

    Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills with a history of closing large and complex deals.

    Demonstrated ability to manage and lead sales pipelines for high-value accounts.

    Must own a car and have a valid drivers license.
