Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your fleet management expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
Youll play a critical role in ensuring the effective and efficient maintenance of our fleet delivering clean reliable and safe trains for service and operators 24/7. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering operations and depot teams) to ensure fleet availability manage customer relationships and oversee operational planning and much more.
Youll specifically take care of defining and implementing project fleet strategies to meet customer contractual requirements but also managing resources to achieve production plans.

Defining and implementing project fleet strategies to align with customer needs
Managing day-to-day customer relationships and ensuring high service provision
Analyzing logs events and incidents to define and coordinate corrective actions
Creating contractual and technical reports to explain incidents and performance
Scheduling and overseeing maintenance plans to meet availability targets
Leading and developing the Fleet Support Centre team
Optimizing depot operations to balance workload and costs
Identifying and managing risks to ensure safety and operational efficiency
Collaborating with engineering to improve reliability and performance

Degree or equivalent qualifications in an engineering or production discipline
Experience in rail maintenance or production industries (minimum 5 years)
Knowledge of railway and rolling stock systems
Familiarity with maintenance management information systems
A solid understanding of depot operating rules and procedures
Strong communication organizational and report-writing skills
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant IT tools (e.g. SAP SES Accomis)
Team spirit and the ability to lead coach and develop a team
Planning and organizational skills to manage complex workflows
