You will manage a team of material and supply planners ina category enduring that mid- to long-termproduction/material plans are in place for your assigned plants/lines in line with approved business plans.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Prepare short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans foritems produced internally and externally for further review and approvals
- Manage coach and develop a team
- Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate deliveringfinished goods inventories at or below target levels and meeting waste objectives
- Work closely with internal and external manufacturing marketing sales materials andreplenishment functions to deliver the categorys goals
- Deliver performance against approved masterand detailed schedules and long-range plans (including capacityconsiderations) and material requirement plans using system tools
- Be part of the construction of the supply review and escalating issues
- Support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fillrate inventory targets and waste reduction to meet company KPIs
- Participate in and/or lead supply review meetings

- Comprehensive supply chain economic financial or logistics experience andstrong business acumen ideally within an FMCG/CPG environment

- Experience in driving supply review and participation in an IBP cycle
- Able to influence cross-functional teams working on the key priorities and improving theplan
- Able to build effective teams
- Knowledgeable about leading practice supply planning and end-to-end supply chainconcepts
- Excellent problem-solving analytical and verbal and writtencommunication skills

Own the continuous improvement of the End-to-End Planning organizations operating model by driving governance capability performance management planning maturity executive decision support and digital enablement enabling operational leaders to focus on delivering business results.

Planning Performance Management: Design KPIs build early warning indicators monitor trends identify planning risks and drive management routines.
Governance & Planning Standards: Improve governance process compliance master data quality planning system adoption (APO O9 etc.) and standardize planning practices.
Capability Development: Build capability roadmaps planning playbooks best practices stakeholder management capability and leadership development.
Executive Decision Support: Consolidate cross-category insights prepare executive reviews develop risk summaries translate ambiguity into recommendations and support business planning cycles.
Digital & Planning Transformation: Lead planning workstreams support digital initiatives automation reporting and analytics.
Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring weaknesses drive improvement initiatives track implementation and measure impact.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelors degree of Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration Management Engineering or any relevant field.
Job specific requirements:
- 10 years in Supply Chain Planning IBP Planning Transformation or Planning Excellence.
- Strong operational planning background combined with transformation experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional improvement; influencing without authority.
- Strong knowledge of APO O9 SAP IBP or equivalent
- Experience designing governance frameworks KPIs and management systems.
- Strategic thinking systems thinking executive communication influencing without authority.
- Organizational capability building analytical problem solving change leadership planning transformation and digital mindset.
