Key Responsibilities
Manage MRP and overseas ordering activities to ensure continuous material availability.
Monitor and optimize inventory levels buffer stocks and working capital.
Coordinate with overseas suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and mitigate supply risks.
Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when required.
Ensure material readiness for production schedules and new model/project launches.
Manage logistics activities shipment tracking and import/export documentation compliance.
Control supplier claims shortages discrepancies and debit note processes.
Monitor Tier-2 supplier inventory and supply pipeline continuity.
Prepare material status reports and communicate potential risks proactively.
Drive supply chain performance improvements through KPI monitoring and process optimization.
Collaborate with Production Purchasing Logistics Engineering Quality and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and governance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in engineering Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Material Planning Procurement or Logistics.
Experience in automotive manufacturing and CKD/UCKD operations is preferred.
MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
Fluent in both English and Arabic
