Responsible for inventory optimization supplier performance management logistics coordination and material readiness for production and new projects while supporting overall supply chain efficiency and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage MRP and overseas ordering activities to ensure continuous material availability.

  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels buffer stocks and working capital.

  • Coordinate with overseas suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and mitigate supply risks.

  • Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when required.

  • Ensure material readiness for production schedules and new model/project launches.

  • Manage logistics activities shipment tracking and import/export documentation compliance.

  • Control supplier claims shortages discrepancies and debit note processes.

  • Monitor Tier-2 supplier inventory and supply pipeline continuity.

  • Prepare material status reports and communicate potential risks proactively.

  • Drive supply chain performance improvements through KPI monitoring and process optimization.

  • Collaborate with Production Purchasing Logistics Engineering Quality and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and governance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in engineering Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Material Planning Procurement or Logistics.

  • Experience in automotive manufacturing and CKD/UCKD operations is preferred.

  • MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.

  • Fluent in both English and Arabic
