Job Summary

Capital Elite is hiring a highly experienced Legal Affairs Manager with strong background in real estate development construction contracting property registration corporate legal affairs contracts litigation and government relations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all legal affairs of the company drafting and reviewing contracts handling legal documentation related to real estate projects supporting senior management in legal decisions and ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all legal matters related to the companys operations and real estate development projects.
  • Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements MOUs legal notices and official correspondence.
  • Review and manage contracts related to land acquisition real estate sales construction contractors subcontractors suppliers consultants brokerage partnerships and facility management.
  • Handle legal procedures related to property ownership land documentation licenses permits registrations and governmental approvals.
  • Follow up on litigation cases disputes claims arbitration and legal investigations.
  • Coordinate with external law firms legal consultants government authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide legal advice and risk assessment to senior management before signing contracts or making strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian laws regulations corporate governance requirements and internal policies.
  • Manage company legal documents commercial registers tax cards licenses board resolutions powers of attorney and official records.
  • Support collection and recovery procedures including legal actions related to overdue payments bounced checks and customer disputes.
  • Prepare legal reports and updates for senior management.
  • Build and improve legal processes documentation systems and contract control procedures.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Law is required.
  • Registered with the Egyptian Bar Association.
  • Minimum 710 years of legal experience preferably with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in real estate development construction contracting property development or real estate investment companies is a must.
  • Strong experience in drafting reviewing and negotiating real estate construction commercial and corporate contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian real estate laws construction-related regulations civil law commercial law companies law labor law and relevant governmental procedures.
  • Experience in handling property documentation land ownership documents licenses permits registrations and governmental approvals.
  • Experience dealing with government authorities notary public offices courts municipalities new urban communities authorities and relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Strong litigation and dispute management experience is preferred.
  • Experience managing external legal counsel and following up on legal cases.
  • Very good command of English both written and spoken is required.
  • Strong communication negotiation analytical leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong ability to review legal documents accurately.
  • Ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
  • Strong business sense with the ability to support senior management in legal risk assessment and decision-making.
