Lead Project Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
  • Lead project planning sessions to define project scope objectives stakeholders and deliverables for all different project types in the portfolio (People Infrastructure Insourcing DC ISC)
  • Develop project timelines milestones and resource allocation plans.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Work closely with HR & Comms leaders to effectively manage project comms;
  • Work closely with supporting functions (IT AME Engineering Sourcing etc)
  • Facilitate project reviews and status updates with stakeholders and senior management for OEF (People) projects
• PMO Governance:
  • Ensure data integrity in Master File & HRP
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including team members clients and regional business & functional leaders
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and project success.
• Risk Management - People Projects:
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust project plans accordingly.
• Business& Financials Acumen

  • Key Business metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
• Relevant Project Management experience hands-on experience in various fields and project types
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience preferably within a PMO environment.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies tools and frameworks.
• Above average leadership communication and interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to new requests;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Finance Acumen a Big Plus
• S4 certification nice to-have
• SAP Hands-on experience is a plus
