Job Summary
Hill International is seeking a Jacket Yard HSE Supervisor to join our team .
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for the jacket yard operations in the MENA and Europe regions.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Train and educate employees on safety procedures and best practices.
- Investigate accidents and incidents and prepare reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure that all safety requirements are met.
- Monitor and maintain safety records and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations and make recommendations for improvements to safety procedures.
- Lead emergency response and evacuation procedures in case of an incident.
- Conduct safety meetings and provide regular updates on safety performance to the project team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the construction or oil and gas industry.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards in the MENA and Europe regions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in the MENA and Europe regions.
