The Product Designer - Manager will be a key contributor to our design team responsible for leading the design of major features and products. This role requires a highly skilled designer with a strong understanding of user-centereddesign principles a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and the ability to mentor other designers.Responsibilities:
Lead the design of complex and strategic projects from concept to launch.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create innovative and user-friendly designs.
Conduct user research interviews and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create high-fidelitymockups prototypes and design specifications.
Mentor and provide guidance to other designers on the team.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field or equivalent experience.
8 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Expertisein design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma or Adobe XD.
Handson experience applying AI to enhance UX research run automated usability testinganalyzeuserbehavior and improve design workflow efficiency.
A track recordof building andmaintainingcomponentlibraries design tokens and documentation across teams.
Deep understanding of user-centereddesign principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading design projects and mentoring other designers.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
Experience with motion design and animation.
