Job Summary
* Lead coach and manage a team of Medical Representatives
* Achieve sales targets and business objectives within the assigned area
* Develop strong relationships with dermatologists clinics and key accounts
* Monitor market trends competitors and customer needs
* Prepare sales reports and follow up on team performance
* Create and implement effective sales plans to grow market share
Requirements
* 13 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or derma field
* Previous experience in team handling or leadership is preferred
* Strong communication negotiation and leadership skills
* Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure
* Good presentation and problem-solving skills
* Bachelors degree is preferred
