Job Title: CMS Migration SME- Technical PM

Term: 12 months

Location: Cairo Egypt

Relevant experience: 10-15 years in cards technology/ issuer processing

Mandatory requirements:

• Plus Platform with exposure to otherCMS platforms.
• Proven experience leading large-scaleCMS or card portfolio migrations.
• Excellent understanding of portfoliooptimization and customer conversionprocesses
• Hands-on experience with Mastercard(Issuing AuthorizationClearing/Settlement CMS) and cardstechnology ideally in scheme migrations

Purpose of Job:

We are seeking a highly experienced CMS Migration SME to lead the end-to-end replacement of the clients currentplatform. The candidate will support on planning data migration testing cutover and post-go-live stabilizationensuring a smooth controlled transition with minimal operational disruption.

TASKS
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Support the end-to-end migration from Vision Plus to the new CMS covering discovery planning data migrationtesting cutover and stabilization.
2. Design and execute migration strategy including data mapping validation mock runs and reconciliation.
3. Manage integrations dependencies risks and readiness across business IT and vendor teams.
4. Drive testing phases (SIT UAT end-to-end) and operational readiness.
5. Coordinate cutover activities go-/no-go decisions and post-go-live hyper care.
6. Provide clear stakeholder communication status reporting and issue resolution.
7. Develop maintain and secure stakeholder alignment on the end-to-end Migration Masterplan ensuring allworkstreams milestones dependencies and critical paths are effectively managed.
8. Serve as the primary liaison between Mastercard and the Client providing clear governance coordination andexecutive-level communication throughout the program lifecycle.
9. Manage and oversee migration readiness activities including BIN setup ICA assignment membershiprequirements CMS integration processor connectivity and Mastercard scheme certification.
10. Lead card production and digital issuance activities from card design and personalization through productionfulfilment digital provisioning and processor integration ensuring compliance with Mastercard standards.
11. Drive the implementation and launch of digital payment capabilities including Apple Pay Google Pay xPaytokenization services MDES enablement 3DS authentication and end-to-end digital wallet validation.
12. Oversee testing certification and quality assurance activities including MIP testing parameterizationconfiguration management SIT UAT performance testing security testing and operational readiness.
13. Ensure successful configuration and readiness of authorization authentication dispute management and postlaunch support processes including stabilization and transition to BAU teams.
14. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technology Product Operations Marketing Procurement andexternal partners to deliver program objectives in line with agreed timelines.

Knowledge and Skills**

• 1015 years of experience in cards technology and issuer processing.
• 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on end-to end project management of complexprojects within the banking / payments domain
• Strong hands-on expertise with Vision Plus with exposure to other CMS platforms.
• Proven experience leading large-scale CMS or card portfolio migrations.
• Deep knowledge of card lifecycle data migration reconciliation and integrations.
• Experience with testing cutover execution and production stabilization.
• Strong analytical stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field; MBA on top preferred.
• 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on end-to end project management of complexprojects within the banking / payments domain
• Deep understanding of card management systems (e.g. Way4 Cortex Prime) issuer processing and cardlifecycle (issuance authorisation clearing settlement disputes)
• ISO 8583 / ISO 20022 messaging standards BIN management personalisation tokenisation (MDES/VTS) 3DSand digital wallets (Apple Pay Google Pay
