TeamFicient is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through successful completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines resources deliverables stakeholders and risks while ensuring projects remain aligned with business objectives.
The successful candidate should be highly organized proactive and comfortable working with cross-functional and remote teams. Strong communication problem-solving and leadership skills are essential for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Plan organize and manage projects from initiation through completion.
Define project scope objectives timelines milestones and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
Coordinate tasks and resources across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
Identify project dependencies bottlenecks and potential delays.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Communicate project expectations updates priorities and deadlines clearly.
Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.
Facilitate project meetings status updates and stakeholder discussions.
Build strong working relationships with internal teams clients and external partners when required.
Identify assess and proactively manage project risks and issues.
Develop mitigation and contingency plans when necessary.
Track project performance budgets resources and key performance indicators.
Escalate critical issues and provide recommendations to management.
Ensure project documentation processes and reporting are maintained accurately.
Establish and maintain project management best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve project workflows processes and team efficiency.
Ensure projects follow established methodologies and organizational standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
3 years of professional experience in project management program coordination operations or a related field.
Proven experience managing projects from planning through successful completion.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies processes and best practices.
Excellent organizational time-management and prioritization skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience coordinating cross-functional or distributed/remote teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira Asana Trello ClickUp Microsoft Project or similar platforms.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Information Technology or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
PMP CAPM PRINCE2 Scrum Master or other relevant project management certification.
Experience working with Agile Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies.
Experience managing technology software IT or digital transformation projects.
Familiarity with Jira Confluence Slack Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration platforms.
Experience managing international or multicultural teams.
Strong understanding of budgeting resource planning and project reporting.
Experience working in a fully remote or distributed organization.
