Junior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst with hands-on knowledge of Power BI and Python to join a professional client-focused data environment.

The successful candidate will support data analysis and visualization initiatives helping transform data into clear reports dashboards and actionable insights that support business and client needs.

What Youll Do

• Work with data to support analysis and reporting needs.
  
• Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI.
  
• Use Python to support data analysis and processing tasks.
  
• Review data and identify relevant trends patterns and inconsistencies.
  
• Prepare reports and present information in a clear structured manner.
  
• Collaborate with team members on data-related requirements.
  
• Communicate with clients in English when required.
  

What Were Looking For

• Hands-on knowledge of Power BI.
  
• Hands-on knowledge of Python.
  
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work with data in an organized and accurate manner.
  
• Conversational English sufficient to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
  
• Availability to work on-site in Santo Domingo Dominican Republic.
  

Perfect or native-level English is not required. We are looking for someone who can understand and communicate effectively in professional conversations with clients.

Nice to Have

• Previous exposure to financial companies financial services or financial systems.
  
• Knowledge of SQL.
  
• Experience building dashboards reports or data visualizations.
  
• Academic personal or professional projects demonstrating practical data analytics skills.
