About the Role
Are you looking to kickstart your career in international finance Join our team as a Global Staff Accountant and gain hands-on experience supporting operations across North America EMEA and APAC.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented ambitious accounting professional to step into the world of multinational operations intercompany accounting and multi-currency transactions within a structured high-growth environment.
What Youll Do
- Accounts Payable & Invoice Processing: Accurately process high-volume vendor invoices resolve discrepancies and ensure proper coding aligned with our global chart of accounts.
- Intercompany Accounting: Clear intercompany AR/AP invoices assist with monthly reconciliations across international entities coordinate with regional finance teams and support foreign currency postings.
- Daily Bank Reconciliations: Perform daily reconciliations for multiple international bank accounts track cash flows across currencies and resolve reconciling items efficiently.
- Audit & Reporting Support: Prepare schedules workpapers and reports for monthly quarterly and annual internal/external audits.
- Month-End Close: Assist senior accountants and controllers with journal entries standardized close checklists and reporting deadlines.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in process standardization system optimization and ad-hoc finance projects.
What Were Looking For
- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent coursework).
- Experience: 02 years of accounting experience (prior experience in Shared Services BPO or multinational support is a strong plus).
- Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP required).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Familiarity with multi-currency transactions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail strong integrity and the ability to collaborate effectively across global time zones.

- Prompt resolution of AP and intercompany balances within agreed SLAs.
