Customer Service Agent – Debt Settlement Experience Required

We are actively hiring experienced Customer Service Agents with a background in the Debt Settlement industry to join our growing team. If you understand client retention compliance and high-volume call environmentsthis role is for you.

What Youll Do:
Contact Creditors to schedule payments
Explain account status negotiations and payment plans clearly
Resolve issues while improving client satisfaction & retention
Document all interactions in CRM systems accurately
Stay compliant with FDCPA FTC regulations and company policies
Work cross-functionally with sales processing and support teams

Requirements (Must-Have):
1 year experience in Debt Settlement / Debt Relief industry
Strong knowledge of settlement process creditors and negotiations
Call center or high-volume phone experience
Excellent communication & objection-handling skills
CRM experience (Salesforce etc. is a plus)

Preferred:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Retention or customer success experience
Strong compliance awareness
