Job Summary
- Coordinate daily SOC activities workloads and shift handoffs.
- Lead escalated security incidents and stakeholder communications.
- Coach analysts and review investigation quality.
- Monitor service levels incident trends and operational risks.
- Maintain incident-response playbooks and escalation procedures.
- Coordinate with network infrastructure identity endpoint and cloud teams.
- Support post-incident reviews and corrective actions.
- Act for the Global SecOps Manager when delegated.
Qualifications
- 5 years of cybersecurity SOC or incident-response experience.
- Previous leadership or senior escalation experience.
- Knowledge of SIEM endpoint security threat analysis network security identity and vulnerability management.
- Strong decision-making documentation and English communication skills.
- Security CySA SC-200 GCIH CISSP or similar certification preferred.
