About the role
As our Workplace Engagement Specialist youll help build a strong Hub Spirit by creating a workplace that energizes everybody every day. Reporting to the Hub Manager and part of the Workplace Operations and Experience team youll support the smooth running of our Copenhagen Hub while driving communication community and connection across it. Working closely with facility partners and stakeholders youll shape a workplace experience where colleagues feel informed connected and engaged. A major opportunity ahead is helping prepare for and communicate our Hub relocation to a new larger space in the first half of 2027.
Required Qualifications
A couple of years experience in a similar role within an international diverse organization (communication change management project management workplace experience or events)
Delivered workplace operations and stakeholder coordination with internal and external partners at all levels
Managed internal communication channels including SharePoint administration
Coordinated projects and initiatives from idea to full implementation with proven project stewardship
Outstanding written and verbal English with a creative and engaging communication style
Confident presenting to large audiences on a recurring basis e.g. at town halls
Proficient in MS Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint and IA-tools
Preferred Qualifications
Implemented change management initiatives that supported workplace transitions
Created graphic design assets signage or workplace communication materials
Developed community-building programs that increased employee participation
Guided volunteer engagement activities or employee-led networks

Life on the team
Youll join the Workplace Operations and Experience team a small and collaborative group focused on bringing workplace experience to life through intentional thoughtful workplace management. We share ownership value initiative and work proactively together. Its a hybrid rhythm with regular collaboration across the organization and youll build strong relationships while using clear communication to bring people together around shared goals.
What success looks like
Success means creating a workplace culture where Hub Spirit is clearly understood and experienced by employees even as the workplace evolves. Youll work closely with the Hub Manager Hub Council facility partners workplace colleagues employee communities and stakeholders across the organization. Over time youll become a trusted partner in strengthening engagement supporting workplace change and helping prepare the Hub for its next chapter in 2027.
