Working student Business Area Wind Document Management Offshore – Improvement Projects
Job Summary
BA Winds Document Management Offshore is responsible for the development and continuous improvement of Document Management maturity and compliance across the entire lifecycle of Offshore wind farms. The team is the go-to-place for the trusted information around document management processes and associated IT tools that enable our organization and external stakeholders to collaborate efficiently and complete their tasks from any place in due time.
Help us to achieve our goal of implementation of an upgraded IT solution for document management activities in our Offshore wind projects.

Role Overview
As a Working Student in our Document Management Offshore team you will step into an exciting world where digitalization meets operations. Your primary responsibility will be to support day-to-day topics of our Document Management improvement projects while actively contributing to their successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
Assignment to the improvement projects for data migration.
- Support the Lead Document Managers in planning and control of activities and furthermore regular follow-ups of milestones in relation to current Document Management System (DMS) VDOCS and in relation to preparation activities for implementation of a future DMS.
- Responsibility for subtasks in the migration projects and systematic status updates thereon
- Support in metadata tagging troubleshooting and resolving operational issues efficiently
- Support work with keeping the internal Document Management handbook up to date
- Support structured organization and archiving of documents in compliance with internal guidelines
- Active participation in regular team meetings and contribution to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g. Business Engineering Information Technology Library and Information Science Management Quality)
- Strong passion for information management and system optimization
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Ability to organize analyze and keep track of large data sets
- Detail-oriented and structured working approach
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools (especially SharePoint PowerPoint and Excel).
- Proficiency in English is a requirement
