Job Summary
Bifrost Studios is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager on behalf of a portfolio company: a fast-scaling business in AI infrastructure.
This is a 6-month contract based in Copenhagen (hybrid) with a possible path to full-time. Youll sit inside a rapidly growing portfolio company and own all hiring across seniorities and functions hardware software sales and marketing. Youll inherit and upgrade an AI-enabled talent acquisition toolstack and build scalable hiring infrastructure at a critical point of scale.
- Inherit and upgrade an AI-enabled talent acquisition toolstack to support high-volume high-quality hiring.
- Own role intake hiring manager alignment and recruitment strategy across all functions and seniority levels.
- Run inbound and outbound recruitment end to end from first contact to signed offer.
- Manage the full hiring process including contracts and onboarding coordination.
- Coach hiring managers on best practice structured interviewing and decision-making.
- Build scalable hiring processes from the ground up including referral programmes and onboarding frameworks.
- 4 years in recruitment with at least 2 years in-house at a fast-growing startup or scale-up.
- A track record of personally closing hires across both technical and commercial domains.
- Experience owning hiring end to end intake through to offer signed.
- Strong outbound sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Comfort using AI sourcing and screening tools in day-to-day recruitment.
- Experience building recruitment structure from scratch processes templates and programmes.
- Fluent English; Danish is a plus.
- Based in Copenhagen or able to be in the office most days.
- Experience hiring for technical roles in AI is a plus.
