Job Summary

Job Title: Student Assistant API Expansions (IT Automation & Robotics)

Are you curious about project management and technology and motivated by turning manual work into efficient repeatable processes Do you want to explore automation approaches and gain hands-on exposure to AI concepts in a real business context If so this student assistant opportunity in API Expansions IT Automation & Robotics could be the right fit for you.

Your new role

As a student assistant you will support the team in daily tasks improving workflows and driving automation initiatives across projects. You will work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities and contribute to practical solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding of external consultants including training follow-up
  • Supporting the development and improvement of automation workflows to reduce manual tasks
  • Contributing to AI-enabled ideas and simple solution prototyping
  • Maintaining and documenting processes scripts and workflows
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and optimisation opportunities

Your new department

At Novo Nordisk we are expanding our production to meet the high demand from the API Expansions IT Automation & Robotics we are responsible for implementing compliant IT and automation solutions as well as infrastructure across API expansion projects. Our ambition is to build the production facilities of the future.

You will join a collaborative team working at the intersection of technology automation and project execution where continuous improvement and innovation are core to how we operate.

Your skills and qualifications

You are a curious and proactive student who enjoys working with technology and improving processes. You take ownership learn quickly and are motivated by applying your knowledge in a practical setting.

To succeed in this role you have:

  • Enrolment in a relevant study programme (e.g. Computer Science Software Engineering Data Science Engineering Automation Business Administration or similar)
  • A strong interest in project management automation structured problem-solving and process improvement
  • Basic understanding or exposure to AI concepts and their application in workflows
  • Good collaboration and communication skills with a willingness to learn
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint Word Excel)

Salary and Benefits:This position ishourly paid. For this position the hourly base rate is 17871DKKbased on an assessment of relevant factors such as experience educationalbackground demonstratedcompetencies and the specificskillsrequiredfor the addition to the hourly base rate Student Assistants are entitled to a pension scheme (currently 10% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution).

About Company

You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
