Do you enjoy structure documentation and working with details that matter As Student Assistant in Global IT Compliance you will support key compliance and quality processes in a regulated IT environment.

This role is a strong opportunity for a student who is organized eager to learn and interested in how IT compliance quality management and operational excellence come together in will work closely with Global IT Compliance and Validation specialists IT project teams and subject matter experts helping maintain high standards for documentation process control and follow-up.

A role close to documentation quality and process control

You will support the team in maintaining and updating controlled documents in the Document Management System. This includes helping document owners with revisions approvals and lifecycle management.

You will also assist with tracking coordinating and closing CAPAs as well as supporting the creation monitoring and follow-up of Change Controls. An important part of the role is helping ensure progress structure and timely escalation when actions or deadlines are at risk.

Supporting projects and SOP development

As part of Global IT Compliance you will collaborate with IT and IT Compliance colleagues on ongoing projects. You will help follow up on task status deliverables and action items contributing to structure and momentum across different activities.

You will also support the development review and rollout of Standard Operating Procedures. This includes coordinating input from stakeholders helping ensure alignment and maintaining SOP tracking version control and communication.
