Student Assistant for Partner Enablement & Experience, Enterprise
Job Summary
As a Student Assistant in our Partner Enablement & Experience team you will support the global rollout and continuous improvement of YellowHub and partner enablement programmes.
You will play a direct role in supporting partner adoption improving engagement journeys and ensuring high-quality enablement content and communications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams analysing data and contributing to programmes that have clear commercial impact.
In this role you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer by helping ensure our partners have seamless engaging and effective experiences across our enablement ecosystem.
The team you will be part of
You will join the Partner Enablement & Experience team part of the global Sales Enablement organisation. The team focuses on designing and delivering scalable partner journeys platforms and programmes that enable adoption capability and growth across our channel ecosystem.
We work in a collaborative international environment partnering closely with sales marketing and regional teams. Our culture is busy but supportive with a clear focus on continuous improvement data-driven decisions and practical execution.
Your contribution is appreciated and you will:
- Support the execution of partner enablement programmes with a focus on YellowHub adoption
- Assist with partner onboarding journeys across platforms and initiatives
- Maintain and update enablement content (training materials guides assets) within YellowHub
- Support partner communications (campaigns updates newsletters) to boost engagement
- Track and report on adoption metrics usage and engagement levels
- Gather partner feedback and insights to improve the overall experience
- Help coordinate training sessions webinars and enablement campaigns
- Act as a connector between teams (sales marketing channel and enablement)
- Ensure consistency and quality across partner-facing journeys and content
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools processes and partner programmes
To perform well in the role we imagine that you:
- Are currently studying within a relevant field such as business economics marketing or similar
- Have a structured and organized way of working with attention to detail
- Are comfortable working with data reporting and digital tools/platforms
- Have an interest in technology digital experiences and partner ecosystems
- Are an effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Are curious and motivated to learn with a continuous improvement mindset
- Speak and write English fluently
