Student Assistant Copenhagen / Next Generation Products (NGP)

  • Location: Copenhagen Denmark
  • Working hours: Approx. 15-20 hours per week
  • Work model: On-site at our Copenhagen office with flexibility to accommodate your studies
  • Contract type / duration: Student position part-time ongoing while studying

Are you passionate about brands innovation and consumer products Do you want hands-on experience in an international brand team Then you might be the person we are looking for.

As our new Student Assistant you will be part of our Next Generation Products (NGP) Brand Marketing team and play an important role in supporting our international nicotine pouch portfolio including XQS across multiple markets. You will work closely with colleagues across Marketing Sales Insights Supply Chain Regulatory Affairs and Finance to help drive the development and growth of our brands. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management innovation and portfolio development in an international organization.

What your day will look like

In this role you will typically focus on:

  • Conducting competitor and market research to support brand strategy.
  • Collecting and analyzing sales volume and market share data.
  • Assisting with portfolio analysis and SKU performance tracking.
  • Preparing presentations and commercial materials for management and market teams.
  • Supporting innovation projects and product development initiatives.
  • Assisting with project coordination across internal stakeholders and supporting ad-hoc business analyses and strategic projects.

What youll bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business Administration Economics International Business or a related field.
  • A strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and confidence working with data and Excel.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create professional presentations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A curious structured and proactive approach comfortable working independently in a fast-paced international environment.
  • An interest in brands FMCG innovation and commercial strategy is an advantage.

For this role the hourly base salary is 160 DKK reflecting the hours and level of responsibility involved.
