About the job

We are looking for a Senior Technology Delivery Lead to play a central role in executing Orifarms technology this role you will work closely with a dedicated team and key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that strategic priorities are translated into structured initiatives and successfully delivered.

As part of a dynamic IT organization you will operate at the intersection of business and technology driving alignment clarity and progress across a wide range of initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Translate enterprise architecture and business strategy into clear actionable delivery plans
• Lead and coordinate execution of IT projects ensuring high quality and timely delivery
• Act as a trusted partner to business and IT stakeholders facilitating alignment and prioritization
• Establish and maintain strong governance transparency and progress within the IT deliverables
• Identify risks dependencies and opportunities and proactively drive resolution
• Continuously improve delivery practices ways of working and execution capabilities

Who are you

You have a strong foundation in management consulting combined with hands-on IT experience. You are structured analytical and execution-focused with the ability to move from strategy to implementation in complex environments.

You work from a first-principles mindset and are self-driven. You are a team player and have a willingness to learn.

You are comfortable navigating ambiguity aligning stakeholders and driving progress while maintaining a clear focus on outcomes and value creation.

You bring these key qualifications:

• Masters degree in IT Business Engineering or a related field
• 5 years of experience in management consulting IT delivery digital transformation or a similar role
• Strong exposure to commercial or operational business environments
• Strong builder mindset comfortable moving from idea to scalable solution
• Proven ability to drive initiatives from strategy through to delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across both business and IT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proactive and collaborative able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• You are fluent in English. Danish proficiency is an advantage but not required
