As Senior Strategy Manager you will work closely with Executive Leadership to help define and execute the strategic priorities that drive Milestone Systems forward. Your analyses recommendations and leadership of key initiatives will directly support decision-making across the business and contribute to our continued global growth.

Location

We are looking for a Senior Strategy Manager based in Brøndby Denmark (Hybrid).

Role Summary

As Senior Strategy Manager you will play a key role in the Corporate Strategy team partnering with Executive Leadership and senior stakeholders across the organization. You will lead strategic projects support business transformation initiatives and help translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate across functions regions and leadership teams to identify opportunities solve complex business challenges and drive strategic impact.

What You Will Do

• Lead strategic projects from problem definition to implementation
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to support decision-making
• Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and other key meetings
• Prepare presentation material for Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors
• Engage with stakeholders across functions regions and business units to drive alignment

What You Bring to the Team

• Masters degree in Business Economics Finance Strategy or a related field
• 36 years of experience from Management Consulting Corporate Strategy Business Development or a similar environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
