This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to accelerate your early career by working on strategic and transformational projects that support Trygs Danish Swedish and Norwegian operations in enhancing efficiency and improving customer experiences. You will contribute directly to the development and execution of Trygs strategic initiatives help shape and support the strategic priorities of our Executive Board and play a role in shaping Trygs next strategy.

In this role you will:

• Shape decision material for senior executives and the Executive Board through structured analyses insight generation and clear communication
• Help shape Trygs next strategy in collaboration with business units and group functions
• Take ownership of and drive your workstreams independently within a project including delegating tasks and providing guidance and feedback to student assistants
• Engage with senior stakeholders and build trusting working relationships across the organization

About you Analytical driven and collaborative

• You likely have a minimum of 2 years of experience from top-tier consulting corporate strategy or a similarly analytical environment along with a strong academic track record from a relevant masters degree
• You are highly analytical structured and comfortable owning demanding workstreams from hypothesis generation through recommendation
• You work well with others and contribute to a supportive and high-performing team environment with a team-first mindset
• You are a compelling communicator with strong people skills comfortable engaging senior stakeholders working independently and collaboratively and challenging perspectives in a constructive way
• Fluency in Danish Norwegian or Swedish is required along with professional-level English.
• You are comfortable using PowerPoint and Excel to communicate complex topics simply and effectively.
