Drive performance management and help shape COWIs Future
The Group FP&A team plays a pivotal role in improving our performance management turning data into insights that guide actions. As Senior Manager Group FP&A you will help shape how COWI plans measures and communicates performance at group level.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy finance and executive decision-making. Reporting to the Head of Group FP&A you will define the frameworks that connect strategy to financial outcomes and ensure that leadership decisions are grounded in clear fact-based insight. This is not about maintaining processes. It is about elevating them.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Own the group performance narrative challenging assumptions and ensuring clear communication of trends risks and opportunities across reporting cycles
- Prepare high-impact presentations and drive decision-oriented communication to the ELT CFO and Board
- Drive maturation of our value steering framework translating COWIs strategy into a steering logic embedded in strategic and financial steering processes
- Drive standardisation automation and tooling improvements across FP&A processes
- Mid-term planning (MTP) translating strategic ambitions into financial targets scenarios and resource allocation frameworks
- Contribute to finance transformation initiatives
This role does not include direct people leadership.

On top of that you likely have:
- A masters degree in finance accounting economics business administration or other relevant discipline
- Extensive experience in FP&A business partnering or performance management within a global organisation or through consulting with a demonstrated track record of effectively and collaboratively managing corporate-level financial processes
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end planning processes
- Outstanding communication skills able to turn complexity into clear executive-ready insights
- Strong business partnering mindset with the confidence to challenge constructively
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial management supported by a strong analytical and technical toolbox
