We are seekingan experienced Senior HR BusinessPartner to provide high-quality HR partnership and leadership primarilysupporting Croda closely with the Denmark Senior Leadership Team this role will act asa trusted advisor to business leaders helping to shape and deliver peoplestrategies that support business performance organisational effectiveness andemployee engagement.

Based in Frederikssundthis is an excellent opportunity to combine strategic business partnering withhands-on HR leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role indriving talent development cultural transformation and strong peoplepractices while ensuring alignment with company policies and local employmentrequirements.

Who Were Looking For:

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align peoples strategies with business objectives.
  • Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong facilitation consulting and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Danish employment law and HR practices.
  • Knowledge of Nordic employment legislation and HR practices is advantageous.
  • Experience in organisational change transformation and HR project management.
  • Experience supporting HR transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Strong employee relations experience including managing complex and sensitive cases.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build credibility and trust across the organisation.
  • Bachelors or masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
  • Relevant HR qualifications and professional certifications are considered an advantage.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Partner with business leaders and leadership teams to provide strategic HR guidance on organisational design workforce planning succession planning and talent development.
  • Build strong and effective relationships with the Croda Denmark Senior Leadership Team managers employees and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and deliver core HR processes including recruitment performance management compensation employee relations and talent reviews.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Support and lead organisational change and transformation initiatives to improve business performance and employee experience.
  • Drive employee engagement retention and culture-building initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of regional and global HR strategies programs and processes.
  • Contribute to and lead HR transformation activities and continuous improvement initiatives across the EMEA region.
  • Use people data and analytics to support decision-making and identify opportunities to enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies local employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of legislative developments and assess their impact on business operations and HR policies.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid role based in Frederikssund fixed term contract of 18 months.
