A key role in Strategic Finance and the Integration Programme
As Senior Finance Integration Manager you will become part of Strategic Finance and play a central role in the financial management of our Integration Programme. You will work closely with programme leadership and senior stakeholders across Finance PMO Procurement and the business.
You will act as a trusted partner in a highly complex and high-priority programme ensuring strong governance transparency and decision-making across multiple tracks and leadership forums. Your role will come with a strong mandate to drive quality alignment and financial discipline across the programme.

Your key stakeholders will include programme leadership Finance Business Partners PMO Procurement and senior business owners across the organisation.
Drive financial governance analysis and programme execution
In this role you will spend most of your time driving financial governance and supporting decision-making across the Integration Programme. You will combine analytical depth with strong execution capabilities and stakeholder alignment.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a senior financial partner to programme leadership and key stakeholders
- Driving end-to-end financial governance and reporting across the Integration Programme
- Ensuring transparency consolidation and quality in financial reporting and follow-up
- Delivering hands-on financial analysis scenario modelling and decision material
- Developing and maintaining rolling forecast governance and financial processes
- Challenging and aligning financial input across programme tracks and business areas
- Supporting business case follow-up cost control and identification of savings
- Preparing high-quality presentations and reporting for executive leadership forums
- Collaborating closely with PMO Finance Procurement and business owners to ensure progress and execution
- Contributing to insourcing critical financial capabilities and reducing reliance on external consultants.
Bring your finance expertise into a complex transformation
We imagine that you bring a strong background within financial governance programme controlling or transformation management and that you are motivated by working in complex environments with high visibility and impact.
You may come from a role in consulting finance or transformation where you have worked on large-scale programmes or integrations. Alternatively you have experience from a senior finance role in a corporate setting where you have driven financial management and supported strategic initiatives.
To succeed in this role you bring:
- A relevant masters degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field
- Solid experience with financial governance programme controlling or transformation managementStrong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate complexity into clear decision support
- Experience with financial reporting executive presentations and business case follow-up.
And a highlight of your strengths would include:
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in working with senior leaders
- Ability to challenge assumptions and drive alignment across functions
- A structured resilient and pragmatic mindset
- A hands-on execution-oriented approach with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Experience from consulting M&A integration or large transformation programmes is an advantage.
