What Youll Build

In this role youll:
Support the planning and execution of enablement initiatives including certification programs and learning campaigns to drive adoption of value management practices.
Assist in the creation organization and delivery of initiatives for driving adoption for new tools frameworks and best practices.
Track and analyze participation feedback and adoption metrics to help improve enablement effectiveness.
Support with document preparation and executive communication for content geared towards senior leadership and extended value advisory team.
Support selected field engagements on Demand Generation Deal Maturation and Deal Execution i.e. through contributing POV documents and business case

Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to improve efficiency of internal and external facing processes.
Various ad hoc and administrative tasks.

What You Bring

Pursuing a Masters Degree with focus on finance strategy consulting STEM or combination of these
Strong analytical capabilities a must
Experience in cross-functional teams ability to manage multiple stakeholders a plus
Problem-solver with tenacity to get the job done
Keeping an eye for detail in content creation and analysis
Ability to develop storylines build high-quality PowerPoint presentations
Excellent presentation & facilitation skills (in person & virtual)
Appetite to learn & positive attitude
Full fluency in English
GPA 3.5

WORK EXPERIENCE: Previous internship experience required preferably in a large organization
