Royal Canin Accounts Payable Specialist

3-5 Years of Experience in Accounts Payable

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactions

Good understanding of accounting principles and internal controls

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams

Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner ensuring proper coding and approvals

Manage vendor relationships including handling queries and resolving discrepancies

Perform and maintain intercompany reconciliations ensuring balances are accurate and differences are resolved

Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with controls and policies
