Job Summary
As a Quality Partner you will operate at the intersection of strategy and operations ensuring compliance with global GxP regulations and driving quality excellence across warehouse and sampling processes. You will play a central role in setting direction leading improvement initiatives and ensuring that the organisation is always inspection-ready in a complex and highly regulated environment.
Your new role
In this role you will be instrumental in identifying compliance challenges and implementing innovative future-proof solutions that enhance operational reliability and reduce risk. You will collaborate across functions and organisational levels to ensure strong quality performance and continuous improvement in all warehouse activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting the strategic quality direction for warehouse operations ensuring alignment with GMP requirements and future expansion projects
- Driving and leading quality improvement initiatives addressing gaps and risks identified in current processes
- Ensuring inspection readiness by preparing for participating in and following up on audits and inspections
- Acting as a key advisor to stakeholders and management on compliance matters translating requirements into operational actions
- Leading and coordinating cross-functional quality activities including SOP reviews and corporate quality signals
Your new department
You will join GL&D Warehouse Support in Hillerød a central function responsible for ensuring high-quality and compliant warehouse operations across multiple locations. The department plays a critical role in supporting distribution and logistics activities ensuring that products meet stringent quality requirements throughout the supply chain.
Collaboration is key in this environment as you will work closely with stakeholders across operations quality assurance and management. The team is dedicated to maintaining strong quality standards while supporting innovation operational excellence and future expansion initiatives.
Your skills and qualifications
To succeed in this role you bring both strong technical expertise and the ability to influence across a complex stakeholder landscape. We imagine you to have:
- An MSc Pharmacy degree or similar relevant university degree
- Minimum 5 years experience within GxP-regulated environments preferably related to warehousing distribution or validation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels
- A proactive and structured approach to problem-solving with a strong quality mindset
- Fluency in Danish and English both written and spoken
In addition it is an advantage if you have experience with audits inspections and cross-functional project work. You thrive in a role where you set direction create clarity in complexity and drive meaningful results through collaboration and engagement.
What we offer
Salary: For this role the Annual Base Salary ranges from DKK 742600 tocorresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidates skills competencies knowledge and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level location functional area and relevant market benchmarks.

About Company
You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
