Your new role

As a Purchasing Professional you will play an important role in supporting the procurement agenda at Site Hillerød. Working closely with colleagues across the business you will help ensure efficient purchasing operations compliance with procurement processes and optimisation of Purchase-to-Pay activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the end-to-end procurement process including purchase order creation delivery follow-up invoice handling and process compliance.
  • Challenging and approving purchase requests while partnering with stakeholders to achieve value creation objectives.
  • Collaborating daily with global colleagues and support functions to ensure efficient purchasing operations and a seamless stakeholder experience.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and Purchase-to-Pay processes with a focus on simplification standardisation and optimisation.
  • Supporting data-driven decision-making through KPI management reporting analytics and Power BI visualisation.

In this role you will operate in a dynamic environment where stakeholder engagement operational excellence and continuous improvement are central to success. You will have the opportunity to influence processes contribute to optimisation projects and help strengthen procurement capabilities across the site.

Your new department

You will join the Finance & Procurement team within Site Hillerød a team responsible for driving and developing the local procurement agenda in close collaboration with site leadership and business stakeholders.

The team focuses on creating value through standardised processes best practice sharing and efficient procurement operations. As part of a high-performing team of dedicated procurement professionals you will work alongside colleagues with diverse backgrounds experiences and expertise. The culture is characterised by collaboration knowledge sharing and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Located within Business Support the team plays a key role in maintaining and continuously improving procurement processes while supporting the sites operational and strategic priorities. You can expect an environment where initiative curiosity and teamwork are valued and encouraged.

Your skills and qualifications

To thrive in this position you bring both a solid procurement foundation and a proactive mindset. You are motivated by identifying opportunities for improvement and translating insights into tangible results.

We imagine that you have:

  • A bachelors degree within Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience working with procurement operations Purchase-to-Pay processes and ERP systems such as SAP as well as familiarity with procurement platforms such as Coupa.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with data reporting and Power BI to support decision-making and process improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build productive relationships across organisational levels and functions.
  • Professional proficiency in both Danish and English written and spoken.

On a personal level you are structured organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You have a curious mindset and actively seek opportunities to improve processes systems and ways of working. You enjoy collaborating with others communicate clearly and confidently and take ownership of your responsibilities. Salary: For this role the Annual Base Salary ranges from DKK499600 to DKK734400 corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidates skills competencies knowledge and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level location functional area and relevant market benchmarks.

About Company

You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
